Of course! You can contact support anytime for a goSystem provided service. We do prioritise support-contract requests, so it may take a little longer for us to respond to your query. We will aim to respond to your request within 1 hour.
We are sorry you are having difficulty accessing one of our services. You can check our global service status on our status page, which can be found below. If all of our services show as operational or your issue isn’t found on the service page, you can open a new support ticket, and we will respond within 3 minutes.
That’s great! If you have a managed 365 subscription with goSystem you can enrol more accounts by visiting enroll.gosystem.co.uk. Be sure to have your customer number ready. Once submitted, the accounts will be automatically provisioned, and an email will be sent to the goSystem 365 primary account holder with the details of the new accounts. Your new accounts will be billed the following month.
